Duquesa

Duquesa is a true tea rose from the cross Mons. Tillier X Duchesse de Brabant. It is very healthy and very fragrant. The color varies depending on the weather and the age of the bloom. In this photo, the opening bud is a very pale pink, the newly opened flower is medium pink with peach tones, and the older bloom has faded back to pale pink. One plant of Duquesa was donated to the Heritage Rose Foundation silent auction in May 2005 where it sold for $200.
