Cläre Grammerstorf x Prairie Peace
This seedling germinated in 2017 and it had one initial blossom last season. This season I have 11 buds. I'm hopeful there will be some repeat bloom. The yellow color hardly fades and there is a really nice scent...maybe tea. As the bud opens it is orange in color. The plant gets no disease at all. I'll be using it in breeding this season. There is potential hardiness to zone 3.

Wow!! It is very beautiful. What a great color. The foliage looks wonderful too. What a nice dark glossy green color contrast.

What's the size of the plant so far, I think I see a gate/fence below it in one of the pictures on HMF....although I suppose with PP being a parent it could be quite big.

Great color! Fragrance! Health and hardiness! As they say on Broadway, who could ask for anything more?

Re: Cläre Grammerstorf x Prairie Peace
Thank you all for the encouragement a comments.
The plant is about 4.5 feet, has small leaves and is VERY thorny. I don't think it will be getting unmanageable luckily. I have a Nyveldt's White x Prairie Peace that also looks like it will be manageable. I'll be posting pics of that one as well. I keep both in pots and they got neglected for the first couple years but are looking good this season. I'm using CGPP already this season as a parent both directions.
