Re: Automatically Logging Me Out

I have no idea how this new forum works as to log in/log out, but I logged in not long after this new one was up and running. I have not logged out at all and the system has not logged me out all. If this is wrong I apologise to you Don, if this is mucking up the new system, I will correct it.

Re: Rosa bracteata X (rugosa x palustris)

Tom, I am unsure, but I think you have to go into your profile and change the settings under 'Board Preferences' and 'edit display options' to post images. I am just looking and changing things I go, if I am wrong someone will help, I hope.

John, your parcel arrived today intact. I humbly thank you for it. I see some lovely roses coming from the seed and hopefully from crosses in the future. I will email you personally about it, thanks John again.

Breeding Austin type roses might get you a breeders job at his nursery John. Very nice shape, love the pointy petals.

Re: Tesselaar Plants today announced the introduction of a b

Hi Henry, interesting plants in the flickr ad they have of them, it appears to me there is a lot of "blotch" in them. We have Tesselaar's here in Australia, I wonder if they will carry them and if so how long before they get into our market. Thanks Henry.

Re: Koko Loco in Texas

If I am thread jacking, I apologise again, from the one's Warren mentioned I have 2, Golden Showers and Friesia. From Kim's list I have one, Julia Child, If I could have the one that Jim S(First Impression) produced I would grab it now.

Re: Koko Loco in Texas

As said previously I have this rose under trial. If I am to keep it after the trial I post this question to the forum.
Can I back X it to something and hopefully retain the color or will I loose it ?

Thread jacking for a second, I purchased this book "Rose Growing Complete" by Edward Burton LeGrice, a while ago on the advice of Kim, a book that should be in everyone's library, great reading. Thanks Kim.

Re: Koko Loco in Texas

Steve, I have had one here in OZ for 12mths under trial, mine held the color in Summer, but did not reach any sort of height, the stems in general were short, a couple of long one's. Mine did not set any OP hips that I saw.

Kim, if it is no trouble what is the "Californica" line please ?
