Best sources for virus free hybrid teas?
Best sources for virus free hybrid teas?
Where would you go to buy HT's these days? Preferably they would be on multiflora or canina rootstock. I'm looking for the old favorites like Chryslers Imperial, Oklahoma, Paradise, Peace, Tiffany, Perfume Delight, Papa Meilland, Love, etc.
What doesn't kill them makes them stronger.

Foundation Plant Services at UC Davis. http://fps.ucdavis.edu/roses.cfm Obtain your virus indexed stocks as well as scions from them from what they offer. Don't wait too long for the old "tried and true" types as they filter out of the collection faster than you would hope. Otherwise, I know of no one offering the roses you request as "virus free" plants.

I think I read Burling has obtained stock from FPS, if available, for the cultivars she sells. I forgot the details now, but that is why I think I ordered 'Crimson Glory' from her years back.
