Is there a market for a spinier rugosa that does best in cold climates?

I've been working with Rosa glauca, as well.

I assume that this thread is a hoax. If not please provide some documentation.

It's not a hoax, Henry, just a gag. It's frost after freezing fog. I thought that would be obvious - F32 and such. Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks, Henry. Understood. Let's call it a hoax. It sounds more substantial.

I have lived in Southern Ca to long. By simply enlarging the photos it is obvious that this is hoarfrost. Good job, very well photographed.

I've never experienced hoarfrost, but it looked like some kind of frost to me. I found them actually rather intriguing!
