Protocol for rose ploidy determination.

Hi Everyone!

Does anyone have a protocol for determining the ploidy of a rose species or cultivar that they'd be willing to share here? I've done it with human lymphocytes many times, but I'm guessing the process is going to be a lot different for plant cells.

Thanks Jwindha! Unfortunately the bottomline of that string is a dead link that just takes you to the RHA Home Page. When I look at all the other search results, whether on this site or on Google, I run into dead links there too.
