Re: I don't know whether to be excited or frightened...

Hi Kim, can I guess with this cross "Golden Angel X Stellata mirifica" you could/will come up with a gray toned rose ?

Re: 2017 Virginiana Hybrids

Hi Warren, to my eye I like "type 2", can you explain if possible why R.virginiana has the influence ?

Re: Early germinations (lots of it)

Jackie, this might sound silly, but could you pot all them up into a container and take them with you, even if you only took the advanced ones, just a thought.
David.

Come on Rose provence, either show us what you are "trying to sell' or give us breeders something to work with.

Re: what a species is, or isn't

Hi Jonathan, may I ask what crosses from the "original" R. palustris have been made, this might determine the class the third/fourth/fifth generation could be called. I am no expert just asking what comes into my head at the time.

Re: Hybrid Musk Kathleen

To my eye Doug it is gourgous. Doug I have just looked at Kathleens parentage and found that the pollen parent "Perle des Jarins" is very yellow, is this where you got the deep yellow from do you think or was it from the other parent in your cross ?

Doug, I am not a pink rose person, but there is something nice about this one. Love your patience. Well done.
